What do you do when you feel like you should go to the gym for a workout, but you really don’t want to be inside on a beautiful summer day?

You do a circuit style workout for time.  All you need is 20 minutes.  Complete the exercises as listed for 1 round.  Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

You get a great workout in just a short amount of time so you can get back outside enjoying the sunshine and warm weather!
