A really simple, yet delicious way to prepare salmon.
- 1 pound wild-caught salmon fillets (about 4 – 4oz servings)
- sea salt
- 2 T pure maple syrup
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- Preheat broiler. Place oven rack about 6 inches below the heat.
- Arrange salmon fillets on a baking sheet, skin side down. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup and Dijon mustard, then pour over fillets.
- Broil 10-12 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork
