A really simple, yet delicious way to prepare salmon.

  • 1 pound wild-caught salmon fillets (about 4 – 4oz servings)
  • sea salt
  • 2 T pure maple syrup
  • 2 T Dijon mustard

  1. Preheat broiler.  Place oven rack about 6 inches below the heat.
  2. Arrange salmon fillets on a baking sheet, skin side down. Sprinkle with sea salt.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together maple syrup and Dijon mustard, then pour over fillets.
  4. Broil 10-12 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork
