Laini specializes in functional strength and conditioning fitness workouts and makes working out fun.

Programs are designed for each individual based on his or her specific goals, abilities, strengths and restrictions. There is no “one-size-fits-all” approach. Dynamic flexibility, functional movement, resistance training, cardiovascular training, along with core stability and balance training are incorporated to provide each client with a well-rounded fitness program.
Indoors, Outdoors, and Online
To further personalize your training experience, sessions are available both indoor and outdoors, with a friend or with a small group. On-line coaching is available for those not in the area.
