I have found this statement to be very true. When I take the time to write in my gratitude journal, write a thank you card or verbally express thanks to who and for what I am grateful for, I find it hard to stop. One grateful thought always leads to another.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

To get a better understand of your menstrual cycle To get a better understand of your menstrual cycle, you need to understand what is happening in each phase. Let's start at the beginning with phase 1.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Phase 1: Menstruation⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
~Day 1 of your cycle is the first day of bleeding, which lasts approximately 3-7 days.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
~Your period is triggered by a drop in estrogen and progesterone, causing the break down and shedding of the endometrial lining of your uterus.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
~The pituitary, releases FSH which stimulates follicles in the ovaries.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
~These follicles grow and produce estrogen.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
~Around day 5-7, one follicle is chosen to ovulate.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
