INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup oats
2-3 eggs
1/4 cup protein powder (unflavored or vanilla)
1 T coconut milk
TOPPING: Heat 1-2 cups of strawberries in a saucepan. I used frozen berries. Add stevia to sweeten and cook until it resembles a sauce/syrup.
