Spring is here! It’s the season of renewal. The snow has melted and the grass is turning green. The sun is shining, birds are singing, and flowers begin to bloom.
It’s a season of transition, which makes it a perfect time to do a seasonal detox or cleanse, start a new exercise program, clean the windows, plant a garden and start eating to support your body’s natural ability to heal, detoxify, burn fat and create energy! In other words, it’s time to hit the “RESET” button!
The Spring Clean Reset Challenge will begin Monday, April 18th and will last for 4 weeks. Each week there will be a challenge for you to incorporate into your life to give your body the “reset” it needs! Each challenge builds on the week before. For example, this week you will take the water challenge and aim to drink 1/2 your body weight in fluid ounces each day. Then during week 1, you will continue with your water challenge and begin the movement challenge. In week 2, you will drink water, move your body and begin the next challenge, and again through week 4.
These challenges are simple lifestyle hacks that not only promote a healthy and happy life, but are scientifically proven to do the following:
