Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup cashew butter (or any nut butter you prefer)
- 3 T cocoa powder
- 3 T erythritol (or other non-caloric sweetener)*
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients until well combined.
- Pour into silicone mini-muffin cups
- Place cups in the freezer until set.
- Store in refrigerator or freezer.
*You can use maple syrup or honey as a sweetener also.
