This recipe is simple and yet these crackers are so good!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups almond flour or almond meal
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons herbs (fresh or ground – I use Italian seasoning blend)
- 1 ½ T olive oil
- 1 large egg
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt and herbs.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil and egg.
- Stir wet ingredients into almond flour mixture until thoroughly combined.
- Roll dough into a ball and press between 2 sheets of parchment paper.
- Press or roll out dough to about ⅛ inch thickness.
- Remove top piece of parchment paper and transfer the bottom sheet and dough onto a baking sheet.
- Cut dough into squares with a knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Let crackers cool on baking sheet before serving.
