Ingredients:
-1 ripe avocado
-1 ripe banana
-1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
-1/4 cup full fat coconut milk
-1/4-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
-1 T unsweetened shredded coconut to garnish (optional)
Directions:
1. Remove skin, pit, peel from avocado and banana.
2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until creamy and smooth.
3. Garnish with shredded coconut flakes and enjoy!
